Identity theft really is a serious issue even if you’re one of those people who just laugh at it. I know lots of people who think like that. Here’s a good example of what I’m talking about. Over this past summer, Trissina Neal of Killeen, Texas had someone turn on electricity in her name in the same town she lives in. Recording a Skype Call

A friend living in Avida Land Antipolo asked me the other day about how to record a Skype call. Fortunately, I found the wondrously shared techie thoughts from a geeky gal over at TheGeeketteSpeaketh.com

In her blog post entitled The Challenges of Recording a Skype Call, we learn that she used a program called Skype Call Recorder, which was perfect for her since she is using an Asus Eee PC.

And yes, we’re talking about open source software here, so you can safely keep your credit card and wallet away from the computer. There’s no need to spend extra cash just so that you can get your Skype recording going, right?

Now going back to the experience of the Geekette, she did face some challenges when saving the recording to her SD card, but was able to fix things by using the proper format.

If you’re not using an Asus Eee PC, you can try using a software called Pamela to record your Skype conversations. Please test it first, though, to see if you will be satisfied with the quality of the recording. (I was not that happy, but who knows? The quality might suit you.)

What’s so great about recording a Skype call? Assuming you have permission from the person you’re speaking with, you can take that recording and have it transcribed. If the content is useful enough, you might even put up both the recording and the transcript for sale. Afterall, a lot of people hunger for learning, and will use the internet to satisfy that need.

Without taking this too much to heart, make sure that they are changed in between. If you are contemplating buying backlinks from blog networks, you have to watch out for the fact that the blogs are not from the same IP address. Pageranks can be ignored if they do not have any, but they ought to be indexed.

Deals also have the option of purchasing highly valued links from sites which have high pageranks. If you have a limited budget, there is no point in running after such expensive deals but it makes a lot of business sense if you invest in buying multiple links from sites which have zero to low pagerank. At the very least, always make sure the websites are at least indexed.

3 Essential Tips for Crate Training Puppies!

1. Crate Training Puppies is NOT Cruel

Often, when people mention crate training puppies, peoples’ first response is to decry the cruelty of keeping an animal ‘penned up’ in a cage. In all reality, though, crate training truly provides an instinctive “den” for your puppy. In the wild, a coyote or wolf pup spends virtually the first Ten weeks of its life in a safe lair its mother has prepared. Most people who are involved with crate training puppies find the technique to be such a useful tool that they use crating, in some form, for the rest of the dog’s life. When a dog grows up considering the crate to be his refuge, he’ll consider the crate to be his own little ‘safe haven’ for as long as it’s available to him.

Many full-grown dogs sleep in their crates (doors ajar) at night, and many owners still crate their dogs when they go out for the evening or take a brief day trip. Many dogs also travel very well (and safely!) by plane and car when they are securely in their crates. Most dogs would much rather be in their crate, in a climate-controlled home with some special toys and a soft blanket than they would be out in the yard where they might get rained on, snowed on, or otherwise left to fend for themselves.

Of course, you should never leave any dog crated for more than 3 or 4 hours without a break to relieve himself. If you must crate your dog or puppy for any lengthy period, give a neighbour, relative, or friend the key to your home so they can take your dog out for a quick walk.

As you can see, crate training puppies is about so much more than just putting your dog in a cage and calling it “crate training.” Dog crate training is your pet’s security, your home’s preservation, and an effective way to bring up a well housebroken dog without a ton of effort. When done properly, crate training puppies doesn’t just make for proud owners-it makes for proud owners of happy, well-balanced dogs.
