App #2 – Best Baby Game App

I really like playing with the app called Babyface. It is a “baby appearance predictor”. Meaning, it creates a full color graphic of what your baby may look like :).

Now, this is for fun so don’t be surprised if it isn’t accurate. The app has an amazingly scientific explanation behind the technology which is supposed to generate the babyface… despite that mumbojumbo, it is a lot of fun.

App #3 – Best Baby Naming App

NameShake is an app I really love. It has over 19,000 names and, the coolest part, you just set a few parameters, shake your iPhone and, voila, out pops a cool baby name you never would have thought of.  

My husband loves it too. We bought a few baby name books but this app is really all we needed.

Whew, my new dental plan has just turned on!

I’m so glad! my new dental insurance finally went into effect!

It’s been so long since the last time I was insured that I’ve unfortunately found myself suffering from a great deal of dental pain. The good news is, that new job I mentioned has an insurance plan that is really, really good. Because of that, I’ll be getting my teeth corrected immediately. My policy is so excellent, in fact, that I am honestly pondering going beyond the ordinary basic dentistry work and exploring some cosmetic dentistry work done also. My daughters have been pestering me about getting some some straightening or some laser whitening, so I’m looking into what kinds of deals we can find on those services.

The major difficulty, for us, is figuring out how to find a good dentist in the Tampa Bay area. I honestly feel terrible admitting it, but my family currently has no regular family dentist that we have a history with.We live in Tampa, Florida, so I’ve been on the lookout for a Tampa dentistry office that is good with kids and has a wide range of experience doing work with lasers and implants and sedation. It’s not so easy to find! There are a lot of things to take into consideration when you’re finding a dentist. For example, I don’t know if I would want to see a dentist who got most of his experience in a large practice.

As far as the new types dental practices go, I’ve whether they’re a good option for us. The newest and most modern approaches have definitely been gaining ground these past decade. I keep hearing about them on television, how much better they are than the usual dentistry approaches. I’ve been searching the web for “sedation dentist Tampa” and it seems like the training and techniques they use is just way beyond what you would have been given 30 years ago, so I’m hoping that my family will end up being able to take advantage of such great dentistry now that I have a a dental insurance plan. No more Tampa emergency dentist for us!
